Introducing Neville Green…

I started in Financial Services back in November 1984, working out of Great Portland street London for a company called GHIA , advising on insurance and savings plans. By 1988 I had opened further offices for the company in Colchester, Clacton and Chelmsford, building up a team of over 30 advisers. In this time I became more involved in writing mortgage business. In 1989, I left with 2 other colleague’s to form a new business backed by Irish life, opening several offices in London and Essex.

In 1984, Irish life pulled out of the UK market leaving me free to go down the independent route, with this I joined DBS working along side Martin sell in our current offices.
My business continued to grow, all through word of mouth and referral business, seeing good and bad times with rising and falling markets.

By 2004 I dropped pension and investment advice and concentrated on mortgage and general insurance as I do today. Over the coming years Marin sell retired from the business but in turn I have welcomed to my business some great experienced advisers in Sue atkins and Craig Gilbert, culminating in January 2017 with my son Craig joining us , initially just giving insurance advice but moving in to mortgages as we go through the year. We are backed by our 2 excellent and very experienced mortgage administrators in Sylvia Weall and my daughter in law, Donna green, altogether making this a great team with well over a 100 years of experience between us.

As a business, we offer a very caring service , back up by the fact we do a very large percentage of our business with existing clients and referrals from these clients.

We are looking to grow the business , but in a controlled way so we never lose sight of the importance of offering a great and caring service.
